"We had the pleasure of working with Elliott Paulin on our lower-level remodel. We were nervous at the start. We had never done a remodel and it was a large project with multiple rooms, steps, plumbing, etc. Elliott supported us throughout the entire process. He listened to what we wanted and he shared options with us that we were super satisfied with. I literally shared Pinterest pictures and Elliott would say, “I have an idea on what we can do and it will even be less expensive than originally planned.” He did an amazing job on our steps, hand rail and railing. Even better than what I had originally envisioned. He far exceeded our expectations and then some.

 

Elliott did so many things for us that we had not originally planned to have him do.  His work was such a high quality and we were happy to have him take on more. He put in our luxury vinyl flooring, baseboards, molding, stairs, stair rails, doors, sink, plumbing, toilets, faucet, tiling and more. Although we were happy with the steps he installed, Elliott was not. He took them apart and redid it. Who does that? We couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He’s caring, conscientious and just a really nice guy. Elliott was always friendly, professional in his interactions, and he left a spotless and clean work space. We totally trusted him to do work in our house, and even while we were out of state on vacation.

 

The challenge is to put in to words how grateful we are for the work Elliott did in our home. We spend almost every evening in our lower-level now and we enjoy it so much. 

 

Overall, Elliott did an outstanding job on our home and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We’re so happy we found him. He made our home beautiful and we truly enjoyed getting to know him! We look forward to working with him again and again in the future."
